1. Cancellation by the Client

Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation by Yetser
If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at a convenient time.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds are issued for completed consultations or delivered services.
